Mesa did this to Aloha, except acting like they wanted to buy the company, and was sued over it by aloha after they already chapter 7'd and Aloha won. There was no FAA recourse for Mesa and they got off pretty easily in the civil suit if u ask me.

I don't think the case has anything to do with certification, the FAA doesn't care. My understanding is that ADI lost the Caesars contract because the DOT found them unfit because their owner and CEO was found guilty of fraud. I think the DOT issued an order last winter threatening to revoke all of ADI's authorities. Caesars then awarded the contract to Via who has been operating for them for a long time. Sounds like ADI is just trying to get $$ from Caesars
