Best Gouge
So I have hit the 1500 mark and will start interviewing in a week or so. Got the first call today from CommutAir, and for a few reasons I am strongly considering going with them. So- where can I find the best gouge for this interview as well as all the other regionals? I will be taking a pre interview timed written late next week, so I will be buying some ATP written prep software like Sheppard or Dauntless it looks like as well....
Thanks all.
Thanks all.

I interviewed late October. Interview was via Skype, which some people hate but I like simply because it is more respectful of my time. I did not want to waste a day traveling to HQ until I knew for sure I was in. Wish all airline interviews were like that.
As for a gouge, it's all basic stuff...
Why Commutair?
What is your best and worst attribute?
Tell me about a time when...
Brief this approach plate.
Brief this SID.
Copy and readback this clearance.
I also had a training issue in my past (see my post history for details) and they asked me to explain what happened and what I learned from it. I was as open and honest as possible. Got the CJO the next day.
Dress appropriately (from the waist up, anyway) and bring a personality. You'll do fine.

This was spot on. Even in that order. Obviously I got an offer. I decided to take it.
