Default C5 Training (Cellphones are a must.)

Been curious to see what is going on in the C5 training department lately. I understand there are many complaints against a few instructors who seemingly will let important training items left undone and un-checked while they are more concerned with their cellphones while conducting simulator training. One instructor actually plays music on his phone and another is busy playing virtual chess games. We are supposed to have the best training program in the industry, so what's up?

How did they contain the laughter when telling you C5 has the best training program in the industry? Could you tell us who told you that with a straight face? I don't want to play poker against them!

Hmmm, good point! Apparently one instructor told a trainee to go to XJT, because they have better training. I for one would like to know why our illustrious training managers allow this to continue?

I heard the training slideshows had the XJT logo on them. Is that true?

Alligators are agressive because of an enlarged medulla oblongata. Everybody knows that.

Could it be that those who complain don’t send a detailed letter, documenting such infractions committed by said instructor(a) to the Director of Training, let along the C/P or D/O?

No, but we have been told it is in the plans to eventually move to AQP. According to the company we have to collect FOQA data for a couple years (we've only had FOQA for about a year) and then seek approval for AQP.
