You found it odd? Really, that our reps haven't sent out any communication? Do you even go here? How about asking why the bid awards were 4 days late, most COLAs were denied and we have a ton of pilots on reserve at min days off? Careful, if you ask, you'll have to listen to a conf call and hear 15 minutes of monologue to include my favorites insights and pearls of wisdom such as, "unprecedented.....unexpected....snapback....fight ing for the pilot group.....".

An LOA lapsing isn't a pay cut. LOA 8 was a measure for retention when everyone was hiring like crazy. Hiring has stopped so LOA 8 is gone. So please tell me what these pay cuts are you mention?
