Traffic flow is ATC's burden. I very very very rarely see a go around due to what you are talking about. In fact I cannot remember the last time it happened.

I'll take the extra 50ft all day during a high-speed reject, or any of the 8 million things that can go wrong on a takeoff roll. You keep ridiculing people for nothing on the internet and I'll continue to operate my acft in the safest way possible.

Do you have a good reason to not do it?

"People will make fun of you on APC" is not a reason.

ZERO

Sounds like you get to skip the 16,000 pilot pile to get your interview.

THIS IS NOT FLOW! United pilots and ALPA will get a say in a true flow situation.

Good luck at the interview Commute Air pilots. I look forward to seeing you online one day.

Your right though. I actually brief this before takeoff. If we don't get atleast an extra 30 feet of runway "YOU WILL CANCEL TAKE OFF CLEARANCE!!" I once saw an a380 take the runway without a "big boy turn " and tattled on them to ATC. I helped avert a disaster.

I'm with you pagey. Since when do we throw safety out the window because we are too CHILL to take all the runway available. It is unfortunate that some chose to not use judgement skills they should have learned from there PPL.

Why on earth would UAL pilots or ALPA have a say whether or not UAL decides to institute a flow? Unless of course there is a clause in your pilot contract.

If they are handing out seniority numbers to pilots not on property, sure. A flow through? No.

Because it's in their contract. Move along. Nothing to see here.
