Don't fall for these lies. Commutair has been a failure. They are no longer receiving the extra planes this management wannabe is claiming. Pilots who have gone to Commutair are leaving due to the lies they were told about growth. I know many that left XJT chasing the upgrade at Commutair that got burned and have since moved to better regionals.
It's fine if you wanna say CommutAir is a failure. But watch out, we might take you by surprise

So you are gonna be an outsider and know everyone who has moved on through the CPP? Lol soon you will see our ad saying a pilot moved through CommutAir to United via CPP in 2 years and 10 days. I want you to guess where he came from.

The blame can only be placed with United for continuing to treat all their regional partners like garbage. The CPP program is a joke and it seems like it's the only thing this MGMT person is touting as a panacea to Commutair's problems. The CPP is probably the only thing Commutair has going for them, because by browsing this forum it sounds like the C5 contract and QOL is terrible. XJT may be dying a slow death, but there's a reason. Our 592 page contract contains a lot of things no other regional has and the higher ups don't like it.
If a new hire wants pay, go to Endeavor. If a new hire wants career progression, go to an AA wholly owned. If you want to get urinated on, go to a United Express carrier.
