Default Compass employee flight privileges?

Anyone care to make a stab at explaining flight privileges for Compass employees?

Not just jumpseat privileges for the pilots and FAs but family passes/discounts, Zed travel, etc?

DL: Same priority as DL/DGS on own metal or connection (EV & OO have own-metal priority), after DL/DGS/9E on mainline, ZED fares, upgrade eligibility, and Travel Net. $50 for everything annual. $150 intl service charge plus dependent Yield Fares.

They both include Parents, Partners, and Kids.

Note: Dependents traveling with you on DL do not get your priority, unlike mainline. Always nice to see a DL employee’s dependent get First on CP, while I’m stuck in the jumpseat.

Secret on AA: Sometimes by mistake, and to your advantage, they clear all AACs first, if it’s an AAC operated flight.
Here you go.

Yeah that last one is definitely not something to plan on. If you get it, it's a good day, but more often than not you'll be lucky if they clear you properly at all.

Truthfully I think the AA benefits are much better than DL,at least now with the Travel Planner. We have a fighting shot of getting on our own metal being top priority. As someone else mentioned,no such luxury on our DL birds
