I don’t think the company realizes how quickly the cabin of our plane gets warm and stuffy without the APU. Hardly anywhere has good ground air IF they hook it up.

Well I'm pretty sure half the problem are the telepathic fuelers. They seem to show up at exactly the moment I think "oh hey let me turn on the APU".
