I’ve found that even when the grid is red, if you can make it work in schedulings favor, they will generally approve it.

I'm not with the union. I'm just explaining cause and effect: if you pick up open time, you shouldn't complain about low staffing.

Yeah for real, my buddy is over there and got a line a few months ago and he was done with training and OE before I even started at Compass. And I have almost 850 hours and he is below 300.

When the 30 hour rest rule gets in the way of picking up a trip. But the previous day when you’re on reserve there are 20+ people on reserve...is there anything you can do?
Is there a minimum number of “net reserves” needed per day, and if it is above that are you able to ask for that day to be taken off since you are trying to help and pick up a trip?
