Hi all,

Applied last week and got a phone call today. Looks like I'll be interviewing on May 22nd. Any tips, tricks, keys for success? Super pumped for the interview and I am really hoping I get offered the job.

Any word on how far out class dates are from interviews? 3 months?

Seems like you have a good attitude, bring that with you and you should be set!
As long as you have the min requirements as well

I’d second this. Look at aviationinterviews.com and pay the $20. Should get you as prepared as you need for a regional interview.

All of our interview questions are WWYD and TMAT questions. They will just want to see your decision making, teamwork, etc. No written tests or technical stuff. Just be yourself, be honest, make good decisions, have a good attitude.

Classes are about 2-3 months out after interview. Could even be sooner.

“Hey we got you guys a flow program, 2-4 per month”

“But that company isn’t allowed to interview you outside of our flow”

“But it’s really only 2 a month”

“But no one is flowing for the first 4 months”

So really this was all a ploy by TSH to block career progression to F9 and reduce training costs, let’s call it what it is. We’d be sending 3x the pilots there without this ‘flow agreement’. I’m sure they’d do the same with DL if they could

Is there any other example of this in another industry. When you really sit down and think about it, it’s really F’d up. You can’t apply to a job because said job has an opening for you in x years due to an agreement that you had nothing to do with.

Professional sports. For that matter, NCAA sports after you’ve signed a letter of intent.
