“Hey we got you guys a flow program, 2-4 per month”

“But that company isn’t allowed to interview you outside of our flow”

“But it’s really only 2 a month”

“But no one is flowing for the first 4 months”

So really this was all a ploy by TSH to block career progression to F9 and reduce training costs, let’s call it what it is. We’d be sending 3x the pilots there without this ‘flow agreement’. I’m sure they’d do the same with DL if they could

Is there any other example of this in another industry. When you really sit down and think about it, it’s really F’d up. You can’t apply to a job because said job has an opening for you in x years due to an agreement that you had nothing to do with.

Professional sports. For that matter, NCAA sports after you’ve signed a letter of intent.

We used to have fun with the loadmasters. Cool would be a load-cicle and hot would be a load-kabob

Agreed!

Passengers will be happier, crew will be happier and work better.

I was just thinking that, run the APU, problem solved...plus all of these cycles cannot be good for the APU right?

At awac turns under 1 hr apu stayed on. I think the cycles are worse for the apu but I'm sure someone realized they save money
