I see us sending 12 guys total before the company goes under. In which case it just blocks a very attractive escape path for us. We would have lost 30-40 already if it weren’t for this “flow”. Piedmont sent 14 in one month just a couple months ago, almost all of them FO’s... we have sent zero.

Unless of course but “the company” you mean Frontier.

I get it, Week, Frontier works for you and it sucks, but the purpose of flow EVERYWHERE seems to be to keep people at a regional longer to keep those regionals staffed. That's true if you are talking AA wholly owneds, Horizon, or pretty damn near wherever. Just damn bad luck TSH hooked up with the place you wanted rather than Hawaiian or Atlas or something. Sorry.

anyone else catch what RT said on the employee call about who are partners are? listening to the replay on comply at the 27:55 mark he says UA DL and AA. did he let something slip that the rest of use don't know about yet?
