Actually we're so short staffed for flight attendants, it's simply an extension of the 'right seat qual' program. You are now all going to be inflight qualified, and will have to serve people in the back, out of the snack basket, if the company needs until FA staffing is normal. 
I will do it for 400% CA pay!

Can we nominate the entire Flight Attendant group for Above and Beyond? Being enslaved every day off for work is saving this company. My hats off to all of them.

Seriously some of them are on a rolling junior assignment that puts them below min days off. Then when the next month comes and they have compensatory days off, guess what, junior assignment below min days off.

No we can't lol, just be good to them on the line. They put up with too much, hope it gets better for them, but at a regional, it's doubtful. They'll eventually quit and not look back, while another class comes in after seeing the Facebook ads.. "work at 35000 feet with travel benefits!"

I feel bad for the brand new FA's that come in with their glasses topped of with kool-aid....if only they knew how bad it was for our group right now. I wouldn't be be surprised if there yet another wave of people quitting before compass can "catch up" on staffing. I have made it a point lately to thank the FA's for showing up to work during the first briefing. I think that goes along way with them.
I also wouldn't be surprised to see the CA's being JA'd for the entire summer up until the end of the year when holiday season settles down.
I hate to say it, and I do cautiously, but the writing on the wall for compass is becoming clearer and clearer.
It will be interesting to hear what they have to say on today's meeting.
