This isnt an LA problem it’s LAWA...as usual. Routing ubers through the employee lot. Took 45 mins to go .8 miles from the lot to the terminal.

This also appears to be more of an evening thing than morning from what I’ve seen and also with speaking to the bus drivers as well. I have found that if u park in the farthest south part of the south lot, near the new exit, and just walk, then it take 15-20 mins to get to T3

PANYNJ must be taking tips from LAWA. At LaGuardia, it now takes 45 minutes to go .08 miles from one end of Terminal C to the other...

That parking lot issue is definitely a LAWA issue, not usual LA traffic issues.
They are building the tram that is going from offsite parking to the terminal and keep changing the parking lot situation.

Taking that much time is ridiculous. Hopefully it gets changed for the better soon.

Aaaaaaaaaand our bid package has a FA seniority bidders list instead of ours. Call me a madman, but if I were about to send an email to 800 people, I’d double check the content first

Actually we're so short staffed for flight attendants, it's simply an extension of the 'right seat qual' program. You are now all going to be inflight qualified, and will have to serve people in the back, out of the snack basket, if the company needs until FA staffing is normal.
