Comparing them to a 10.5 Pro with the A10X processor and it blows my mind. We've been due for an update for a while.

Also the new 10.2" iPad (7th gen) just got added to the EFB manual.

Meh. MyIdTravel is a POS. How about fix the application/website. Don’t try and shame an individual for not remembering the password. I think there is more going on behind the scenes because all of a sudden this is an issue. I feel terrible for any commuters that are screwed because of this.

I agree it is terrible but in reality, it probs was a new FA that didn’t know any better. I wish WN went back to how they used to. Walking up to the gate was nice.

They had a phone number too that worked good.

All airlines should just go back to a walk up listing system then none of this would be an issue!

If MyIDTravel was smart, they'd just place a tempo ban on the IP address attempting these logins... How stupid are they to just insta ban the entire account?


The entire idea of this shared account system is awful. ID90 is such a better system, and it has a real mobile app, not a **** ass mobile website that typing in an airport identifier into is a struggle.

Why do I have to type my date of employment in every damn time I jumpseat back home? It gets old. There's so much room for improvement on this website. They need a real mobile app as well, that stays logged in (or authenticates with Touch/Face ID)

That whole site is trash. I’ve clicked on CornHub ads with better UI and reliability. Needs an overhaul
