This thread is on point!!
I literally had a TSA guy get salty with me pushing past me before we got to the next stop and he said “move! It’s my stop”
I said “well it’s mine too, so you’ll have to wait” and did not move out of his way.
Should’ve started playing “I won’t back down” on my phone.

You could make all the employee lot bus shenanigans go away by commuting to work, just sayin’...😁

And then all those people who showed up last second in the back will decide to walk in front of you to get in the bus first. But just because they got on first doesn't mean they'll move. No they'll stand right in the middle door blocking the luggage rack and forcing others to squeeze through to the other areas of the bus. Or better yet they'll SIT in the luggage racks and mumble some crap under their breath when you ask them to move. And don't even get me STARTED on the TSA employees on the bus. The LAX employee bus is by far the worse thing about this job.

As someone who lives close to SNA, can confirm. Next time they want a SNA base, tell them they can always commute to SEA from SNA on our flights and get a seniority boost, too! Since SNA is such a magical place.

Id like to say it’s not that bad, but it is. The lax employee bus is a special kind of hell. For an entire year I exclusively rode the lot c bus. Shoot even now I’ll only take the employee bus TO the airport and the lot c bus FROM the airport.

I've never been waterboarded, but I imagine it's like taking the employee bus over a 30 yr career, just condensed into one moment. The eagle bus is a bonus punch to the gut to remind you that you're a mere regional pilot
