Well I for one don’t regret it. Coming to CPZ has been one of the best decisions of my life.
I love the airplane, the routes and most importantly the people I fly with. You guys are great! |
Never know what will happen. Air whiskey got bailed out. Xjet still has a little life. I’m sure something will happen/merge but who knows.
Worst case go be a street CA at Envoy 69/hr and up to 45k sign on bonus with a back pocket flow. Or Endaevor 59/hr second year FO good contract and interview with DL. Also staffed to get days off, and probably growth if planes are shuffled around. I mean times are good in the industry at the moment. And if planes do go, then said company will be in a pinch to hire to staff possibly leading to more bonus type stuff. |

Y’all should sign up for an episode of Doomsday Preppers on National Geograpic. Nothing happens till it happens. How many rumors have come and gone st your company over the last couple years....

About like every other company. H€||, Republic was in bankruptcy up until May 2017. It's the regionals. If you can't stay upbeat and roll with the punches, you ought to go back to being a CFI. |

Won't matter for long. Wouldn't be surprised if they stop all upgrades and hiring in early 2019 when DL starts pulling 3 of our birds per month. 80% of us will be on the street this time next year and no one seems to care:confused: No one is pushing management for answers

While I would tend to agree with you, there is of course some ambiguous language in the paragraph.
If Deadheading is the only remaining assignment prior to release, upon completion of the last operated Segment or training, the Pilot may request to be released from the Deadhead assignment(s). If no further conflicting assignments are reflected on the Pilot’s schedule at the time and there is no foreseeable need for the Pilot during the remaining Duty Period, the Company will grant such release. They will argue this like the "live" reserve grid. Still wouldn't stop me from trying though. FWIW, I have not once had a problem being released from a deadhead at the end of a trip but it appears that might be changing. Sent from my BLN-L24 using Tapatalk |
