The employee call had issues the first 20 mins or so... Here's the rundown though. Nothing exciting. As always, add things I missed and feel free to correct me on errors from the call. Please be professional because you never know who will see it... Anyways--- Strong performance on the American side Delta- not great again Struggles- Tech ops, 3+ hour delays Seattle D-0 times are bad due to the construction Workplace injuries are high- be careful getting in and out of the crew van and keep FA’s safe in turbulence New hires- 60 in November, 24 December Upgrades- 6 for November, Will be low for December too for the holidays too 19 FA’s in class, 40 next week Bunch of new places- Austin and Missoula, he rattled them all off fast and those were the ones I remember Cockpit wifi- is working and weather app is working (Only on Delta side). Wait for the read file Rnav LAS visual is getting closer, hopefully next 30 days- CBT will be available soon Working more on MEL count and having more parts at the bases - SJC is expanding for MX Not losing Delta planes next year? Dirty sock smell- Oil getting in compressor section, broken seal, known problem on the CF-34, must be fixed in a shop, will replace the engine, trying to get ahead of the problem Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Lets get this whole American Eagle, Compass debate done. As an “Envoy” AKA real Eagle pilot I want Compass to keep the 20 birds Y’all took from us due to PSA being idiots. And if you dont know what I am talking about with PSA and what they did to American Eagle continue on to your snack box thread. I ride on Compass almost weekly to and from my west coast home to my terrible Dallas base. Compass pilots all cool never an issue. I Went to Envoy for flow, I am a 2016 hire and will flow by 2021 at the latest as I am in the “charlie bucket” category. Yall ran the 20 175s from AA into the ground. I ride in the jumpseat a lot and the orange MEL stickers illuminating the cockpit is like early or late Halloween decorations depending on the time of the year. We never have anything like this at Envoy, stuff gets broke and gets fixed period. Claiming you guys are the number 1 performer no. Claiming you rarely cancel flights no. Best story was last week in the jumpseat with IDG 1 oil MEL, push off gate in LAX so I can get home then APU gen off bus illuminates. “Thanks for playing time to run for Southwest”. Even better was two weeks ago we had an aircraft swap in LAX and they had to leave behind 4 paying passengers for seats that were Mel’d... TSA ran the 145s Envoy/AA loaned them into the ground with replacement parts, that when we took the 145s back were found to be from Home Depot and Ace hardware. Yall keep the 20 rentals you treated like rental cars. Again Compass Pilots you guys have been nothing but cool but your maintenance and management is Valujet version 2...

Woah. Someone is chugging the kool aid. I’m a 2016 hire, too, but no matter what regional I’m at, even mainline envoy, you won’t see me behaving that way. Maybe send the MX complaints to our management and keep the flow comments for impressing other men at the bar |
That post smells fishy.. You ride the Jumpseat on us to DFW? That's not an Eagle flight. I say troll.
And its snack "basket." |
This reads like a bad copypasta

Someone should post the navy seal copypasta but as an Envoy pilot. I'm a captain so naturally I'm too lazy.
