You've made it! You're moving on the the next step in your career. Don't be bashful. Share the news and let the others celebrate with you. But please share, if you feel comfortable:
1. How long you've been at CPZ.
2. Where you're going.
3. Your favorite memory.
4. What you'll miss the most.
Congrats and happy flying!

1. My resignation date was 3 years and 6 days since my date of hire.
2. Spirit will be the new home.
3. Gosh, to many to list. Every trip almost had something exciting happen. Good crews, good overnights, just good times.
4. The crews for sure. Compass is a unique place. There are some people here that took themselves to seriously, but dang for the most part cp was the most light hearted, easy going group I’ve worked with. The message boards here very accurately reflect our line experience.

I’ll chip in also. Did 3 years at compass. 3 and a half years at another regional before Compass. Miss both my previous regionals for all the fun with the crews. Now I’m at Delta. Same job as all the other airlines I worked at. So enjoy the fun with crews while you can.

2. At Big D on the 88 for now. C-Series in a few months.
3. All the YVR overnights and recreating the miracle on the Hudson during upgrade.
4. Definitely all the crews, will never fly with a greater group of people than I did at Compass.
