currently a 6 month wait for CRJ and 9 months for 175 new hire classes at OO. with that said i hope they let any compass guys and gals that want to come over in class sooner

Heard they were holding spots in January for Compass pilots. (Possible short course)

off the street is a long wait. CPZ pilots can start as early as mid Oct for CRJ or ERJ

As a CPZ hopeful that ended up at OO, I can honestly say that I’m enjoying it here. And after having met several CPZ crew in jump seat exchanges, I can say that it would be a pleasure to have an influx of the CPZ culture.

I did the interview and was offered an Oct 22 class. Like others have said it looks like they're willing to make room for us.

Class holds for CPZ guys go through May. If they do not fill the classes with those guys spots are being released(already). I have heard that the influx of CPZ guys has been lower than expected so expect more spots to open up in the near future.
