Just like any compass pilot with flow rights can jump the flow, by applying and going through the interview process and thus getting hired before his/her flow time. Any compass pilot with preferential interview can jump ahead of other preferentail interview and flow pilots by applying and interviewing the normal way. No one has jumped the flow yet, but theres nothing in writing to stop this from happening.

So I just read the past 80 or so pages and didnt really see much on what the training conaists of after the 30 days. Also I was just recently hired and told only 1 day of orientation before I start the 30 days, forgot to ask if they still did the medical... Anyone know if they still do? Cannot wait to start!

I think they still do, It is/was done the day before the orientation. If you don't know for sure call and talk to someone in recruitment, they should have given you a form or email you a form with your appointment time for the medical.

I spoke with the recruiter in Vegas and she said all new hires are receiving a PIC type rating.
