With the amount of attrition and potential for rapid seniority advancement relative to any other regional airline Compass is not having problems attracting candidates with similar professional backgrounds AND a bachelor's degree. In time it will likely start to become more difficult to attract these types of applicants but it hasn't reached that point YET.
