With the amount of attrition and potential for rapid seniority advancement relative to any other regional airline Compass is not having problems attracting candidates with similar professional backgrounds AND a bachelor's degree. In time it will likely start to become more difficult to attract these types of applicants but it hasn't reached that point YET.

Latest rumor from a management fellow I bumped into is AA flying will be out of LAX. That's what he/she thinks, anyway.

Truth is they don't know yet. One day it is LGA, the next day LAX, or then it is DFW...

This is the truth. Speculating now is pointless, however fun it may be to waste time on reserve days. Lower-level management knows exactly as much as the rest of us right now.

Who does the Eagle flying out of LAX now? It does sound reasonable since AA is looking to expand the LAX flying.
