You can not underestimate the stubbornness and delusion of some Envoy pilots. However, I think realization has set in for most and the deal will pass.

To those of you that are new or are coming on board to Compass welcome! I hope those that are in training are having a good experience with the way the airline does things and hope you are being treated well.

I strongly advise those of you that are here or are just starting to review the latest union email regarding ADTG (Average Daily Trip Guarantee), and look at it in our contract and educate yourself. Soon we will all have the chance to put our input in for this issue and I hope that our voices are heard, regardless of the outcome. Over a 6 month period a lot of this pilot group has lost a lot of money with this ADTG. While I know all of our circumstances are different, think about this, as we all gain seniority our positions may change on this subject, something important to think about. The way the company is building schedules does not benefit us to have ADTG. Keep in mind the company will be short staffed and there will be a lot of flying for all of us! Simply put...the ADTG is not working for our pilot group!

Depends, I think we should look at the 6 month data month per month and see how much our average daily flying is, there would have to be data supporting it...but what we have now doesn't work...

It defiantly doesn't work for those pilots doing CDOs, that needs to be addressed also.

Completely agree. We did our time with ADTG, and I am ready to be done with it. Already cost me a lot of money. Hopefully the 4 hrs min credit/pay wins out. I cannot speak for the entire pilot group, but I have yet to fly with 1 person who prefers ADTG.

New pilots who will be on reserve or junior will make more money and get more time off with the current 4:45 ADTG than a 4 hr min calendar day.
