Got an interview. Thoughts? Shots? Spears? PM me if anyone is interested in sharing some knowledge! I appreciate it.

It is incomprehensible that there is less then 40 a month still not being hired.

So what would you have done for the 2 week period that classes overlap?!

When CBTs went from 4 weeks to 2, they paused classes for 2 weeks. Makes a ton of sense. There aren't enough resources (SIMs, Instructors, Class Rooms, CPTs etc). If the first class of 2 week CBT started a week after the last class of 4 week CBT, throughout training there would be a backlog.
10 pilots will still be hitting the line every week.

Gouges are very accurate, especially if you can find delta knowledge test questions. Delta knowledge questions can be found via Delta and express jet interview gouges. Also bring food because it can be a long day with only a vending machine.

Forgot about the reduction in CBT timing, I stand corrected.

After the CBTs, how long is the training in MSP? It's another week of ground school and then into the FTDs?
