You are far from the only one.

Almost as annoying as "Your mailbox is almost full" for every email received after 75% capacity. Oh and by the way, your password expires today, we need you to select a new one that's nothing similar to any previous password, upper & lower case, 3 unique symbols, containing no known words in the English language. Your new password is valid until next week.

Then people write their passwords on post-it notes and stick then on their monitors. Security actually regresses when they require extremely complex passwords. I think 1234Abcd is probably one of the most popular passwords.
