I had a look, and I did not see any particular thing that is bad, just that the sheer volume of in uniform selfies, pictures of our beloved E175, and "being a pilot is so super awesome" hashtags indicates that this guy needs a hobby besides social media and work. He is just a super over enthusiastic new guy. A little experience will round him out.

I noticed homey in real life. I was sitting in the terminal and saw slice doing more picture taking than walk around (including a selfie). I knew exactly where those bad boys were going. Searched #e175 about an hour later and blam-o. There they were complete with a bunch of movies and pictures in flight, at the controls. But, I guess if that how y'all roll then.....ignore me.
