You can always just try it with your delta benefits. Since for the most part the route structure is similar.

From LAX maybe. Not the rest of the country or world.

Can anyone shed any light on how FAR 135/91k time is being credited towards the new upgrade rules? Has anyone seen this in action? I start class next month and nobody can give me a straight answer.

Doesn't really matter. You'll log 1000 hours of E170 time before you upgrade anyways.

Look at the applicable FAR. It is pretty specific as to what counts and what doesn't.

I've read the regulations but my main question is to anyone who has seen application of the 135 PIC exemption towards your 1000 hours of SIC.

So if someone were to have 700 hours PIC in 135, would Compass consider you for upgrade after 300 hours of 121 SIC?

Everyone here has been talking about bringing in flight hours from other 121 carriers but not any 135/91k operations. That is what got me curious.

yes, if it meets the FAR requirements and the company requirements of TT/MULTI in the FOM

Some 135 PIC time counts, but not all. Generally speaking, must be two crew operations in a turbojet, commuter operation, or 10 pax or more. i.e., no single pilot freight.

Default Should have gone

Hi all
Was thinking about making a jump to CZ a few months back and really wish that I did. Now feeling that I have really missed the hiring wave, does anyone have any speculation on how long it would take to get off reserve, and to be able to hold SEA. I know this is hard to answer but any insight is greatly appreciated.
Thanks fellas
