I think the only reason they're actually entertaining it is because there are legality issues. I don't think it would be such a big deal if our preferences or days off were the only things messed up

That's why it was rerun the first time. The second time they ran things out of seniority order so it wasn't run per the contract or something like that.

The update from ALPA just came in "The company has not responded to our request etc..."

Pretty much the same line that was said after the $10k bonus was introduced for new hires...

That's a great idea, and I would, if I didn't have to work a few other gigs on the side to survive on 1st year pay. I also think you have to live in MSP to volunteer. I may look into it in the future, as a CA.
