Essentially if you had passed IOE but not yet gotten the first bonus check, then decided to take the 35/hr, you would be almost $3k behind by the time you got year 2 pay (based on a 75 hour guarantee). For those people it would have been more lucrative (by a lot) to take the bonus.
This solves that problem. |

Can someone explain why Compass has ~60 airplanes and 722 pilots on flica. Seniority list has even more than 722. And we took our last delivery of our AA planes. So I was told.
We are conitnuing to hire till, I think I heard, March without an appreciable amount of attrition. Thats more than 12 pilots per plane. Is there something else cookin on the back burner? Whats up doc! |
