Default Question...

First time posting... Be gentle

Ive been reading this thread for a while now. Because of my situation, making a lateral move to CPZ would actually make sense (better qol). The issue with this is that I currently work for one of the sister company and lets say it is not the best one of the three. I am happy here like the flying, like the people but this move would actually make sense.

My question is.... How hard is it to move Between companies? Would I be on a bad standing with my old company? Would they care? Anybody done this move?

That's always been the rumor.

However, I have met a couple people who came from one of the other carriers.

Apply and see if they call you.

I also know people who have come over from Trans States and GoJet who had no problems making the move.

They've been close to full. Shooting for 40 a month til March. Then hiring for attrition thereafter. A march and after they will hire more than attrition in order to make up for any shortfall with the 40 a month they are shooting for between now and march. Hope that makes sense.
