No negotiations required. Sims come with the new airplanes, Embraer has guaranteed sims to crew all the new airplanes, mostly all in STL.

The only thing that TSH might still be working out is the lodging thing, they're going to try and avoid putting new hires in hotels at all costs (no pun intended).

And just out of curiosity what's a "chief sim check airman"? Honest question, you can PM a name if you'd like.

I've got a couple leads renting a room from private individuals now, but I'd need my car up there obviously for that. Do you think I can expect a few days after training in MSP to drive it back home? And are we issued a parking pass for MSP airport while in training since we are based there for that time period?
