Another great benefit of IOCC is that you can't see the current crew on an open time trip so you could end up on a 5 day with a captain who likes to fart all flight.

Not based in PHX but has anyone but me noticed that there is no reserve grid listed on the company website for PHX? Would like to see the union address this. Obvious the company has zero s$&#s given regarding this.

And do what, the same thing they do when they address every other issue we’ve had his year? File a grievance then do absolutely nothing about it.

Call me new, dumb, naive, and ungrateful, but I feel like the union could be doing much more to help us, regardless of whether the company cooperates or not. The pilot group has been getting blatantly walked all over since the day I got here and the only thing I’ve seen the union do is change a hotel or two. But again I may be uninformed and I really can’t complain since I haven’t done anything to help, either.

Did anyone figure out how/where we make vacation open time requests?

Well then I’d expect to see a grid page showing 0-2 pilots available or used. Doesn’t matter how many; it’s the principle.
