I would've said no way.

Rejoice! It has been cleared to ferry with the flaps at the setting of the pilots own choosing. It's a Festivus miracle.

That's good news. Considering that a flaps 0 landing is grounds for an emergency declaration, a flaps 0 takeoff, at SJC no less, should certainly be off the table, even if it's empty. But anyways, I didn't see that particular update in the ops email today, you gotta inside scoop?

Another fluff filled union email with no substance!! Even the slightest update on grievances would be appreciated.

That union email is just various all volunteer committees... not your elected officials. Outside of the contract committee, none of them have anything to do with any grievances.
I would suggest you call your MEC rep and ask them or get in touch with the contract committee.

I get that, but one would think that a union email would include information from our leaders.

Contract gurus: all open time pickup in December is premium pay. If I pick up something on the 24th, does premium pay apply only to the actual credit, or also to the additional 4 hours of holiday pay? Thanks!

Is the 24th holiday pay? Thought it was only the 25th...
