SCP - For those under 75 hours of credit. Allows people to try and bid for open time to get above the 75 hour floor. These are awarded in seniority order, so you will not see anything happen until after SCP closes.
SAP - For line holders, just a way to swap and add trips that are left in open time after SCP closes. Again these are done in seniority order an will not be awarded until the official close date.
These are all processed in IOCC/OTM.
There's also another guide for PBS on the alpa website that goes above and beyond the one you should have gotten during indoc week.

Ok , I’m lost now, in the bidding package for LAX it was posted there were 140 lines for the upcoming month, but in reality I have seen only 137 awarded.... where are missing 3 ???
