Yeah, sorry. I was working during the last call, and they never posted the replay information for it. And since I'm going to be working during the next one, it'd be really nice to know what's going on...

Your comment was very inappropriate and stupid, in my opinion. If you are mad because you joined the company in times where bonuses were not offered and salary was ridiculous, that is your own problem.
With that said, the training program is not great, there are days of no activities and break in training, mostly because new scheduler has no idea of how important is to try to fly with continuity and on top of that a lot of new pilots and not enough sim time available . If you are low time with low experience on your first jet, this doesn’t help. If you are experience with multiple type ratings is not a problem.
With your attitude honestly not only you are not helping but also you don’t show to be a team player....
Good luck on your future career , you will not go far in my opinion with comment like the one you made here

If 50% are failing is anyone looking at the issue and why they are failing? Any pattern or reason being found?

Hiring people that shouldn’t be hired. Simple as that.
Training is easy enough even for 172 drivers. It’s challenging but extremely manageable, and the LOE is easier than half the sims

They need people in the door so without upping the money or doing better recruiting (because it sounds like simply won't happen)... simply working with the people they have... how can they reduce the failures from a training standpoint?
