What base tho? I was an oct hire, on rsv for 2 months in lax and now holding a line for this month

I did say, someone hired today. You were hired in October.

I could be off, but every month is different....somewhere in between they added a 10k bonus, then took it away, then raised the first year pay, added the hotel rooms, etc - Some months there were very few upgrade slots - and then towards the end of the year we went from a backlog of about 50-60 pilots in training to about 100 at any given time. I don't know for sure if it's going to be 4-5 months of reserve, but based on what I've seen and heard, it might top off at 4-5. We have such a huge backlog of pilots in training and now a ridiculous amount of reserves, as of just a month or two ago (we went green almost every day for the first time) - so, we'll see. I hope it's less of course.

Well if they start upgrading 24/month like they said they would instead of 12 then rsv will drop fast!

Presumably that's bid #1 of 2 and there will be another since those class days are just the first two weeks.

2. How long until you can hold a line in Lax?

3. Commuting from Phx, with the 4 days hotel a month, would it be possible with a line to not have to have crash pad?

Thanks in advance!
You and the other 25 compass pilots and 100 other commuters from PHX-LAX. People think it's an easy commute until they've done it!

From what I hear from LAX-PHX commuters, there's a lot of them but there's a lot of flights(especially when you consider ONT, SNA, BUR as undesirable but functional backup options). No commute is ever fun or 'easy'. Worst case scenario, it's a 5 1/2 hr drive.. not a terrible backup option during spring break or something. I'd probably start out with a crash pad at first and for a new hire today tough to say if reserve in LAX would be 2 months, 3 months or 5...?
