The part about picking up stuff that shocks me is when the training department is sending out critical pay emails for STL and are stating that only the SIM portion is critical pay and the DH is straight pay.
Really? Have some respect people. Stop falling for this crap. Tell them you'll do it if it's all paid at critical pay. The union should also step in on this. It's pretty clear. They simply can't just decide to pay a portion of a critical assignment as regular pay.

Ok..a little help. How do I look up the actual trips for the next bid I've been awarded? Last month I just used Flica since it still worked. No luck this time... and the bid package is already deleted from comply365. So if I want to look up an actual pairing how do I do so now? March isn't loaded in IOCC yet.

Stop hurting your fellow pilots, I beseech thee. Don't be a Company lacky! grow a pair, have some pride, Just say NO. For instance, Extended=must be paid @ 1.5 times normal rate or refuse, Open time must be paid @ x2 normal rate, Open time on weekend or junior man must be paid @x3 normal rate. Stop being a stooge, NC laughs her a$$ of every time you and the other stooges call in to save their tail at SOC, this is too easy they tell themselves, Jaysus H Christ they had to send an email to the entire group the other day to say STOP calling/emailing us, the seat supports are covered, Sheesh.
If the guy has 17 days off and wants to pick up some CRI pay trip to enhance his pay check, that is his prerogative and it doesn't hurt any of the other pilots. Every airline, including majors has premium and critical pay and lately, ours has been because of WX IROPs. You're working at the regional level bud, get off your high horse and go take a happy pill.

How did you get past our recruiters? You sound like a joy to fly with - I sure hope you're an FO here and not a Captain. If you are in so much disarray about the way Compass operates as a regional, please submit your resignation and off you go to Allegiant, they'd love to have ya.

You can say that again. Good lord this thread has turned into a total whine and ***** fest recently.
Coming from numerous other employers. I can honestly say Compass is about as good as a regional gets aside from pay as of recently.
The complaining about email security was especially pathetic. For christ sake, you are complaining about data SECURITY!!!! Ontop of that, if was an error, give IT a call. Im sure if it wasnt intended it would get fixed within a few days.
Ever use apple pay or any of the many "wallet" apps? Many of them REQUIRE a pin and/or finger print to lock the phone in order to use it wothout logging in every time. If I lose my phone, I dont want any jackass to be able to read my personal info.
I guess I shouldnt be too surprised. We are all pilots. The *****ing never ends with us...

That being said, it does appear that it was a temporary mistake, as I hypothesized earlier. Everything appears to be back to normal now. As much as I would have appreciated a word from the company about this problem, I've definitely stopped steaming about it and am going on with my life
