They have been posting the recordings a few hours after the call the last month or two,so it should be up today

Cool, thanks, guys. I wasn't sure if I remembered that or just THOUGHT I remembered it.
The Star-Spangled Banner to finish the call was incredible. Thank you whoever did that
Quote: So in the All-Call they said the next upgrades would be in July. We're losing on average 10-12 captains every month. So between now and July we're looking at losing 70-84 captains. So basically we're waiting until we're behind the curve again to start upgrades again. Sounds about right....
You have to understand that the only thing that can notify upper management that we are understaffed, is the performance numbers. When Flt Ops get to report 100% completion at each management meeting, they get "great keep up the good work"
If they report, well we had 4 cancelations, but those were all Mx related. Everyone turns to the Mx Manager and asks what is the problem.
But if Flt Ops has to report cancelations due to lack of crew, someone is going to ask why do we have lack of crew? They can't hide it. Everyone pays attention to the completion number because it is a big deal to AA and DAL.

We all know the number of Cri Pay emails that have been coming out. The only reason they offer a CRI Pay trip is they don't have a reserve they can assign it to. So the only way we are getting 100% completion is because people are picking up all the CRI Pay trips.
If you want to send a message directly to upper management that we are understaffed and need to upgrade then STOP PICKING UP CRI PAY TRIPS.

Amen. Why are people covering up the issue by picking stuff up? Especially at a measly 150%? At least wait til it hits 200% Last operation I was at anything less than 200% wasnt touched.

Quote: Holy **** that got out of hand. Wow.
The "Transition went very smoothly and the partners were very happy... just a few bugs to work out."
Reminds me of: (some of you kids may not get this)

I mean, it's funny but expect that next month, nobody will be able to ask questions that aren't prescreened via email to an ACP. So, I hope you had your fun, and I laughed, and it was entertaining, but yeah if we become disrespectful they are going to take it away.
There was a lot of unprofessional stuff going on during that call. I understand this new system is horrible but some people were just childish. Just because no one knows who you are, you shouldn't act like an idiot. I was glad there were a lot of passionate questions, the company needs to know we are unhappy with these new changes. Just stay profession folks.
Has anyone tried to use that link to submit a "ticket" for those of us having issues with IOCC? The link was in the memo that came out yesterday

Question about the commute clause......I have a minimum of a 2-leg commute to work each shift and often its 3-legs (yeah welcome to my life) The first leg is a 20 minute hop but is often the most delayed/canceled due to weather. So the giving myself 2 flights to get to work, from where? Is that 2 chances on the first leg, again on the 2nd, also the third? Also, what if you make your first leg just fine but then leg 2 or 3 gets delayed/cancelled keeping you from getting there on time, how exactly do multiple-leg commutes work??

I read it as two entire options to work. So if you have multiple legs, its two options per leg. So from airport 1 to airport 2, two flights that get you to airport 2 that get you there in time for 2 flights to get to base on time. But thats just my 2cents, the contract may be more lenient than that.
As far as delay, unless you knew of massive weather before hand, then it isnt up to you to account for delays as they usually dont happen. During bad storms they sometimes send out an email to take that into account, but its not contractual. If the commute is scheduled to have you in base by report time, then I guess you would be good. Might want to account for deplaning time and changing terminals.
