Yes but not knowing how to use a printer is more of a personal computer competency problem, than a problem with the IOCC software.

This damn lady kept asking questions about printing pairing and viewing credit on pg 1 vs pg2 of the duty plan.

Yelling "Take care of the flight attendants!" at the end ofnthe call? Lol. Really? Very professional...
Lets examine all the dumb stuff they have done as of late. Like not realizing galley carts are missing. Not being able to find your own way to the next gate, constantly unable to remember the flight time and asking multiple times during the pre flight. Its crap like that, that causes people to not take you seriously.

I get the font size thing, but lets be real, this isnt 1975. 90% of us dont print anything off. There really is no need with all the apps and such we can use. So yes, its an after thought. Not worth the rant embrassing yourself infront of the whole company.

I sort of remember reading that conference calls where going to available to listen to after the fact. Am I remembering correctly?

I would imagine so. The last one they sent the recording in an email. There was definitely a robotic voice saying the call was recorded so I would expect it to be available sometime. Be sure to make some popcorn, it was a good one.
