Currently doesnt show it directly on the pairings in opentime. But if you go to CrewInformation<show crew<exact date and airports. It will show the crew. That means it only shows one leg at a time, but if you search the first and last flight of the pairing you would be able to see if you have the same crew the whole trip or not. If you really want to k ow more you could search each leg and find out when the other guy parted his trip
That's how I was trying to do It but it keeps saying no suitable flight found

I have been doing the show crew function for my own flights though, so maybe thats why it works? It possible its only for flights assigned to the pilots profile, but IDK. Ill try some random flight and see if it works still.
EDIT-- Yes, that appears to be it. I stand corrected, "show crew" is only working for stuff on your schedule. I can only get it to work with those flights. I apologize. Maybe its an error, and its an easy fix by IT as its not the same as showing in open time, but its a start.

GrassLandings: it only works to display legs that you are on. You cannot view the crew on a different flight... if you leave something on a plane, there's no way to look up who the next crew is anymore except for DL pipeline. If it's an AA trip good luck.

Typically, I am just a lurker. Wanted to put some thoughts and observations down and get feedback on them.
Currently, look at the direction TSH is going with the other two companies. I have a feeling this is a big ploy by management to tell us either shut up and grieve it , while they enact another bonus structure. We'll see where this goes, but I know for a fact that the MEC did their very best to help them getting this system implemented.
The information regarding SABRE/FLICA is incredibly misguiding. I sat next to a SABRE sales rep from IBM. She was asking me questions on how I liked the product, if we've ever had any issues, and it was a very productive conversation. I kept my mouth shut for most of the time and just asked some very vague, yet probing questions. SABRE will continue to be utilized, it gets regular updates, and IBM is very prompt in dealing with user support issues. Speaking from IT standpoint, IBM isn't going to let their reputation get sullied by ****ty support. Period.
Last but not least-going back to a military time, I was always taught to bring a solution if I have a problem. It's evident that the SABRE product wants to be put in the rearview. So far, I think everyone can agree that aside from a few minor issues on the dispatch side, the dispatch side has actually worked like it was agreed to work. However, on the scheduling side, this is where it has become a nightmare. How hard would it be to run both systems concurrently with each other? Have them utilizing the SABRE/FLICA/CrewTrac on the scheduling end, and IOCC for the dispatch end? At least until TSH and Lufthansa can get into the nuts and bolts of the scheduling issues and we can try this all over?
I came on here because a lot of people inside and outside the 121 world had nothing but good to say about CPZ. And just like the military, I hate the rank and file, things we called "lifer" BS. But I miss the people most of all. Regardless of our backgrounds, we all bring something to the table. Let s make the most out of it.

You're right FLICA/IOCC should have been rolled out concurrently (solution). That way crew members could reference a system they are familiar with while learning the replacement. It would have also given the company a chance to work out the bugs/issues crew members had before switching off the old system. The other frustrating part is they had two other companies to gain experience with launching this system.
As far as hearing only good things about Compass, it was a whole different company when it wasn't owned by TSH. When I came to Compass I knew what life was like at GoJet and TSA, but had heard good things about Compass. It was definitely a concern that TSH had taken ownership, but my thought was it'll take time for the effect to be felt, well that time is now. We're now seeing the TSH philosophy. As someone mentioned with SigHansen being referenced in an operational update, management is reading this. My message to them is, put your employees first as Herb Kelleher would. The flyers saying that you can earn $94,626 as a direct entry Captain with a CRJ/EJET type is point in case. TSH has the money to spend, but they think all pilots care about is salary. This is not the case, I'd rather $75,000 as a DEC but good working conditions. This is not to say pay less, but rather if there's money for bonuses etc, why not spend some on improving conditions. They could take that cash and use it for more functionality on IOCC, better MX, better hotels......
Put employees first, customers second and stakeholders third and success will follow. I don't expect Southwest pay and conditions, but if they want to be the top tier regional they advertise, they need to take action, not just push propaganda.
