125% ot

Just learned today we get 125% pay for all opentime picked up with the raised floor. Make sure you send an email to get it coded as premium if you pick anything up. Seems a lot of pilots are unaware of this and the details are buried in a LOA somewhere so thought I'd put it up here.

I could see a CPP equivalent for all the Hawaii guys that use Compass to get that coveted 121 mainland jet time HAL needs to see. A no questions asked 100 percent flow is much much less likely in my opinion. How would it benefit them? they have plenty applicants and you don't provide any lift.
