All right now I'm confused. What's the official Compass seat reset position. I understand all the way up can suck especially if the airplane is dark and you're stuck with your head in the ceiling. But I thought putting the seat forward was standard, especially on the delta birds so you could get your bag in behind the seat. Have I been doing things wrong this whole time? Am I the problem!!! WHO AM I?!?

All right, after all this time I still can't successfully check in for a Delta dh. So what's the secret? Trying to secure a much better seat.

I've often wondered if the people leaving the seats all the way up was supposed to help me out or stick it to me.

PPR number
Second box down should be 00
Flight number (numbers only)
Your crew base (mine is still MSP even tho I'm LAX based now...)
Now you can get first class on that CRJ2!

No matter how you leave your flight deck, we’re all going to have different opinions. Some people take their trash out, others save the bag until it gets full. Some people spin the speed bug up, some don’t. Some bug the runway heading, others don’t. Some put in the outbound ops (AA) in standby. Some leave the landing ILS freq, others auto tune for takeoff. Some leave the APU running, some don’t.

You may be asked for a "Position" when you try and check in,the letter should be "A"

If I remember correctly (and I may be wrong I bid avoid dhs like a wuss) the flight number needs to be four numbers as well. So if it's #788 you put in 0788.

Thanks for the dh check in tips. Tried all the above, and still no luck. For some reason I've never been able to check in ahead of time for a dh either at a kiosk or online, only at the gate. That still holds apparently. Oh well.
