to my shame I've been with three airlines. The happenings on message boards has never been representative of the day to day line pilots.
Everything in this cesspool is taken to the extreme. We're either getting stapled to Delta's list or closing shop in the fall. Everything that the company does is an intentional action by management to stick it to the pilots. Every slight bump in the road is a mountain of hyperbole.
This is not the case on the line. Most pilots are sensibly concerned about thinks, have reasonable discussions about them, and we go on with our lives

Do they teach you to do something different at Envoy. If so why not share it with the rest of us so that we may bless the skies with our superior airmenship worthy of your praise!

Wouldn't be surprised if they already know who they are.
Not my idea of staying under the radar. I hope when I put my notice in its the first time my name ends up across their desk. This business is to small for personal attacks or shaming!

I wonder how much they'll go to bat for line pilots if we have dipsh!ts running around talking crap about them? How'd the word get out anyway? The LCA spill the beans? FO? Sounds like a healthy culture. Think before you speak children.

Oh really? Or maybe managers should worry about making this a GOOD place to work. And worry about fixing contract violations. And worry about important stuff! Moral here sucks and working conditions suck! And I'll say it a second time. AO needs to stop picking on pilots and yelling via email or in person for garbage issues.
