Honestly? You were at RAH. This place may be bad but it isn't early 2015 at RAH bad. You know it could get A LOT worse.

If only there was a book that we were required to read, that had the answer to these questions:
TAXI OUT – Planned taxi out fuel. Two engine taxi fuel burn multiplied by the standard taxi out time for that airport. The dispatcher may adjust the standard taxi time to account for known taxi delays (e.g. deicing) or city pairs with known sequencing.
Well, I stand corrected, the most recent Chief's Newsletter says taxi fuel is single engine. Apparently the FOM is wrong and nobody cared to fix it?

...with every leg touching LA is some way. Look at the ops updates and tell me how many days we've had this month without an LA GDP
I'm not saying it's all operational factors, but calling those numbers ridiculously good seems to be delusional. Yes historically is been up there, but ignoring current numbers would be unreasonable.
