Default Compass Updates - Saga Continues

Can anybody tell me if we have reserve buffer language in our contract? Are we supposed to be given this info or are we going off of past practice with Flica? Have a nice little email battle going on with a certain supervisor who feels it's ok to be rude when responding with basic inquiries. Don't they realize how many emails they WOULDN'T get if they published this?

I'm pretty sure it's pretty weak language and allows a lot of "operational need" without defining what that is. Look in the reserve section of CBA should be there.

Just remember from the August employee call: MW says the reason why there's so much CA critical pay (when it happens again) isn't because we're short staffed but because captains don't want to pick up open time on their days off. Because with my min day off line, I really wish I could work more...

I hear ya man, I live under a freeway right by LAX so a quick turn is actually pretty quick for me! Plus I get a hankering for those biscoffs and a cup of hot potable water. Plus it's good for me to keep practicing those landings

Wait, did PHX just go junior again?! What is happening, it's the twilight zone. When has there not been a vacancy in LAX? Do I have yo go to PHX to get a line? that's a weird thought...
