$140K minimum if you are responsible for managing, but ask for more and work down if you need to.

Guys flying the PC-12 as PIC are easily making high 5 and low 6 figures, so it should be substantially higher than that as a baseline.

I'm junior enough at my regional to be squarely in the furlough zone come October, and I am NOT going to work for less. Not over my dead body. I'll find work in another industry if I have to, before I do that.
