Got a call from them -- had seen my resume on one of the corporate pilot sites. 9 on and 5 off for next to nothing pay -- not impressed. It's too bad there's people taking jobs like this and allowing these companies to treat pilots like s---t! There are plenty of Part 91 flying jobs out there where you fly less and get paid the same if not considerably more. Needless to say, I passed on this one...

The guy I fly with used to fly with them. He dosn't speak well of them. He also said they aren't the worst out there. He did mention that of the 9 on 5 off he had to travel on the first of his five days and travel back on the last of his five days. That is why he left he said that wasn't what he signed on for but the changed it on him.

I talked to them about a year ago.... very disorganized, and when I called to confirm my interview, the guy acted like he had never heard of me. Needless to say, I didn't go. I can understand a training agreement, but what floored me was having to sign one for RECURRENT training. If they have to lock guys in that way, they must be pretty bad.

I would have nothing to do with segrave aviation if it involved flying an airplane.

Rumor or personal experience?

Yup, that's the general consensus among the Beechjet crowd.
