where? what kind of experience? A green F/O or a guy who could be an INtl PIC in a year or so?.....big number range there.

Around here (major metro area) I would say a green new guy (an ex-regional pilot for example) would be 85-100K....and guy who has potential to be a G450 PIC in the near future?....I'd guess 120-130K minimal.

Good Luck.

Not sure if that "really low" for new FO's?

What's FO pay near you?

I'm surprised the 91 numbers are lower than the 135 numbers in Spoilers' post.

Hardly the authority on accurate compensation numbers, BUT: http://flyinginvestments.com/downloa...vey%202009.pdf

Its really not off at all.

A new-hire with some Corp (maybe some Intl) time, even if brand new to the plane can rather easily expect that. Im talking about a guy with some previous PIC time who could be on his own in a year or so

A brand new, fresh out of a freight twin new to corporate guy? - likely in the lower range.

The definition of "right seat" or "F/O" is pretty broad.

Ok so: for as long as I've been a student in aviation (read: since mid 2009) all I ever heard about the business is that First officers of regionals make less than 25k a year and even in majors you're looking at very low income unless you're captain.

This file is either extremely misleading, or you guys have been lying to me!

This file shows exactly why people think pilots make too much money when they really don't.

Wha are some realistic figures? I know american eagle atr72s FOs don't make 50+

What are some first person accounts of correct salaries?
