I made over 40 on 3rd year but then again that's total take home pay.

Well, here's an update on pay. I just got a job on a Citation XL with starting pay of $80k. No better survey than that....

Those numbers are WAY too low for the CL30.
In my Department we range from $130 to $145

Make sure you fill out the survey this year to make the numbers more accurate!

that seems like good pay for the CL30

Considering Stanton Group's 2009 compensation study has CL300 Captain pay averaging $99k (I don't have the 2010 study), I'd say ProPilot's 2010 Captain average of $104k is right in the ballpark.
