I don't mean to "pay" to sit right seat. That is why our industry sucks when it comes to pay and benefits. I ment for example, if i was a CFI at an airport with some operation that was out of it only being single pilot. But getting to know the pilot/ company good enough to tag along on flights. Not as a full time job with no pay, or pay to sit right seat. That is stupid. I've just had friends in the past who were able to pick up a flight here or there with a gig that only requires one pilot. Geeezzz

Please, for everyone's sake, get out of flying. Go be a cop or something.

Good luck in finding employment somewhere, but please stay away from the commercial aviation industry until you've paid your experience dues, then you won't have to work for free or settle for less than you're experience is worth. You can't buy experience.

I may need a right seat guy in a Falcon jet.

for $39,000 you could really jumpstart your corporate career by logging a years worth of all the jet time you want. I can also guarantee you 4-5 Atlantic crossings for real International time. That will give you a serious advantage out there in this market once your internship is up. The airplane is brand new and the operation very solid.

You can skip all the CFI, King Air, timebuilding Charter stuff that wastes a lot of time (and costs you $$ in the long run) and I can put together some scratch for the new boat I'm looking at. Win-Win..

Nevermind the haters, the object is to get to a good job as fast as possible.

PM for details.

NowCorporate, I hope I misread your post. Are you offering to let this guy fly right seat in a falcon if he pays you 39K, or are you offering him 39K as a job to fly right seat in a Falcon. I want to make sure I understand the offer before I go totally crazy.

If you are offering him a job, that is very generous of you, the salary is way too low but then again so is his experience so I will stand by to get the full story of your offer.

If this is a post in jest then touche.... well done

PAY him? Why would I do that? - he has already agreed to sit in a King Air for free....what I am offering is FAR better! - real jet time, International experience, log all the flight time you want in a brand new state of the art business jet.

Investing $39,000 for such a position would be a wise move on his part. He could potentially save many years at low wages wasting time gaining experience. Why not come out fully qualified as an experienced International Corporate Pilot and get to the big iron right away? Thats the goal.

I have gotten a handful of PMs already from surprisingly qualified applicants, and will keep the application window open for another 5 business days.

Myself (and my boat broker) do appreciate the interest you expressed in this employment opportunity.
